Where Are the Invoice Templates?
The spreadsheet contains multiple tabs.
The first tab includes a checklist showing you how to customize the templates.
The invoice templates, paid receipt template and invoice tracker are located in the tabs along the bottom of the spreadsheet.
Why Can’t I Make Changes to the Templates?
The file opens in view-only mode.
To edit it in Google Sheets, click: File → Make a copy
You can also download the file to your computer by selecting:
File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
I Clicked “File” but Can’t Select “Make a Copy”
You’ll need to be signed into a Google account to create your own editable copy.
Google accounts are free and only take a few minutes to set up.
Why Can’t I Find the Download Email?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
If you still can’t find the email, try searching your inbox for: “Accounting Stuff”
The Download Button Doesn't Work
If the email landed in your spam folder, your email provider may disable links.
Mark the email as “Not Spam” or move it to your inbox, then try clicking the button again.
